Document Title
Bret Blevins, born in 1960, began selling drawings to his classmates in grade school,
gradually enlarging this scheme into a career as a professional artist. Blevins has
illustrated thousands of comic book pages for Marvel, DC, Dark Horse and other
publishers from 1981 through 1996. He then switched to storyboarding for Warner Bros,
Disney and other TV animation studios for the next decade. Over the last few
years Blevins shifted toward a slower pace and concentrated on refining and
improving his illustration work for print, choosing projects carefully and
devoting more time to personal painting and drawing. Bret Blevins lives and works in the
mountains of northern Arizona. The Frame & I Gallery features matted and framed prints
as well as a large selection of postcards.
